Great Hospitality with a Few Suggestions
I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would like to give special appreciation to Mrs. Dilrukshi from Reception. She was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to assist whenever I needed help. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service really made a positive difference to my stay. She is truly an asset to the hotel team and deserves special recognition.
