Lovely stay in a great location

Pros: Very nice hotel and exactly as requited for my needs. The room was comfortable and clean. Special mention to the staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like

Great location for attending concert at The OVO Hydro

Pros: Location (walking distance to OVO), comfortable, great power shower, tea/coffee making facilities, nice area. Cons: Having to have my credit card swiped for a £100 refundable bond, not sure what kind of people may have been staying here in the past who may have trashed the rooms or alike? this just seemed strange and never experienced this anywhere before.
