Cons: The room wasn't cleaned properly, there were spider webs, pistachios on the floor... some damages in the room and it's not fair to keep and ask for a deposit, that's abusive. Very disappointed and the supervisor/manager is passing their responsibility to Booking.com, unacceptable for someone in that position at the hotel.
