I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We attempted to check out early but were never informed that we could receive a credit for the unused nights. Instead of being helpful, the staff was rude and unprofessional. While I was speaking with the front desk, the manager yelled at me from another room, and the front desk employee scolded me, saying I “should have checked out by 11.” The way they spoke to us was completely unacceptable and lacked even basic customer service. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great hotel stay. Clean, friendly staff, large breakfast included, even had an omelet bar. Would highly recommend this hotel.
