Affordable and acceptable
Pros: Good price, decent accommodations. 15 min walk from Jamaica station. Cons: Right next to a loud and busy road. Ask for a room facing the other side. I did, and it was almost perfect. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy. Can make most people uncomfortable. But that's just a typical place for Jamaica. Saw single women walking alone at night.
I was disappointed with the location of my room and the noise levels were high.
Pros: The staff were nice. Cons: I had a room in the basement with the window on the parking lot level. The noise level was high. Also, a couple of bugs were crawling around.
Excellent value!
Pros: Free parking, free breakfast with decent options, friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out process, decent fitness area, excellent location from the airport, great value! Cons: None!
