Friendly Staff and a Nice Stay
We brought our HS softball team to Lexington for an overnight trip and stayed at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. You never know how groups will be treated and they were so nice from the time we arrived to the time we left. The hotel is in good condition for this price point and breakfast was also good/as expected. Thank you for making our stay so nice.
Best stay in Lexington.
BW is the friendliest hotel that we have stayed at in Lexington. Close to the highway, but no highway noise. Room was very comfortable.

Tiny bathrooms
This is a newer property on the east side of town with a friendly check in staff and a normal size room with comfy beds. Tiny bathroom, however, with barely room to close the door. All the normal breakfast items were available. Only complaint was the water noise from the floors above, showers draining and the toilets flushing. Was strange because there was no noise from the elevator or the ice machine nearby, just not insulated walls with pipes. Friendly check in staff.
Not impressed during our Fall Break stay
Upon arrival with my family we were told upfront that the pool was waiting health inspection. Disheartening, considering that, that is an important purchase point with children. Had we known that it would be down until the last night of our four night stay we would have looked into a neighboring hotel. The staff were average and not truly welcoming. One member in particular that was over the breakfast hours was bluntly rude to my young nine year old daughter while we sat nearby in disbelief. The nozzle to the waffle batter dispenser popped off due to pressure build up in the machine. She walk
