Stay somewhere else.

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel, and I'm being serious is the tube access but even then it's 45 minutes into London from here so keep that in mind, and the local cafes are pretty nice. I would have to scrap the bottom of the barrel to put anything else here. Cons: The room was poorly cleaned, with considerable dust, some rubbish left beside the bed, and questionable stains in the bathroom. Pros: Disgusting. I want my money back or I’ll fight it legally. Cons: I’ve requested Booking.com’s assistance for a refund. My stay has been disgustingly.

My 3 night stay at Best Western Northfields.

Pros: The hotel is VERY close (across the road actually) to Northfields Tube station, which is NOT on the Elizabeth line but the Piccadilly line - the website needs to be corrected. Despite the hotel not being in London CBD, the ease of travel on the Tube (Piccadilly Line) is good and it is very convenient for Heathrow airport if one has an early flight. The Continental breakfast had a choice of food and was well presented. The staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Cons: The carpet in my room was worn and stained and could do well to be replaced.
