Good hotel for visiting London
Pros: Very good location (opposite Northfields metro stop), no-frills hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The kitchenette could benefit from being a bit better equipped. As the hotel is located above the metro line, it should be noted that it is not in the quietest environment.

Horrific but we were told no refund so we just stayed out all day and put our heads down couldn’t wait to get home
Pros: Location for us was great Cons: The staff were great however the room was so dirty I had to clean it myself and one of the pillows had blood on it the photos of the breakfast online should be reported to authorities as one morning they had raw sausage mixed in with cooked???? Other people complained about water running down there walls from bathroom above just horrible and never again
