Super clean, amazing location, delicious breakfast, great 24hr gym and the staff were THE BEST!

Pros: I like the whole environment from management to support staff. Food was really good and fresh. Hotel was very clean from every corner. Head management was working as hard as staff and was always visible and full of helpful information about the surrounding area. He's well versed in customer service and having a keen sense on what customers might need. One of the best hotels I have visited and I've been to many . Cons: I couldn't find anything that I didn't like except the freezing cold outside which is out of best Western control.

Pros: An easy drive to the Niagara Falls. Cons: Paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast was a bit off putting.

Pros: Parking available Cons: Paint peeling off in places. Musty smell in room. Did not feel clean.
