Pros: The room was average. One day they had granola bars at breakfast which I appreciated as we were in a hurry. Cons: I wish we would have booked a neighboring hotel as the pool was closed. The elevator was dingy and gross. Parking limited. Just seemed like we could have paid the same amount for somewhere a little nicer next door.
Very good comfortable hotel
Pros: A very good new hotel that fully met our expectations. You can feel comfortable here and everything was as written in the hotel description. Cons: Unfortunately, the pool was closed, for whatever reason. The pool was one reason why we booked here. We then clarified this via Booking.com and received a credit.

Have a physical disability. 22 mm kidney stone. Using ice packs for driving. First night was off. Asked to keep medical ice packs in freezer, manager said ok. Handed them to manager who put in FRIDGE so ice packs never froze! Next DAY power went off, generator failed to work and told 15 min by manager and it's the city's fault. I called other hotels and every one of them within 100 yards, model 6, laquinta, cambria, and apt ALL had electricity!. Manager was cutting tree limbs off power box, it was overgrown and dried bush fire hazard from years before. Due to medical disability had to leave an
