Pros: It was better than sleeping in my car. Cons: I booked this room five months in advance, with check-in listed at 3:00 p.m. We arrived at 2:55 p.m. and were told our room was not ready. Several other guests were also sitting in the lobby waiting for rooms. It took another hour, involvement from the manager, and what appeared to be a rushed housekeeping job before we could finally check in. The room was spacious, but outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was strange and worn, the closet doors were broken, the shower curtain had tears and visible mold, the tile was cracked and broken, a
