Pros: The staff was really nice, and the location was also great—only a 5-6 min walk from Piccadilly Station. They even upgraded our room as well! :) Cons: The towels needed to be changed. They were dirty on two occasions, and we had to ask the staff for new ones. Also, the bathroom smelled really bad during the night; I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it smelled like sewage.

Pros: La struttura è in ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla stazione Paddington. La camera è piccola, ma funzionale, in particolare è piena di prese elettriche e usb. Lo stesso per il bagno, con pulsanti intuitivi e immediata fuoriuscita di acqua calda e fredda, secondo le necessità Cons: Il letto matrimoniale è veramente troppo piccolo
