I suggest improving the condition of the rooms, cleaning the curtains and carpets, ironing the bedding
Pros: Overall, the hotel was not bad, but old and the carpets are very old and dirty Cons: In the room at night, we caught a big cockroach, after that, every evening I checked everywhere and also the suitcases, very unpleasant, the breakfasts are meager and not very good, in the States, I do not recommend taking hotels with breakfasts, they are simply inedible

Run! Do NOT STAY!
Pros: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the cleanliness and location. Other than that, it's not a safe area or decent experience Cons: I went to an event and when I came back, I noticed something of mine was missing. I searched the whole room and couldn't find it. Apparently, someone came into my room once I left. I called the office and the attendant was very rude and defensive when I told her what happened. She literally argued with me and hung up. I will NEVER recommend this sketchy hotel! Also, when I was checking in, the security guard was at the counter right beside me and look
