Well worth the price and Sam’s as a member of the spa staff
Pros: The pool and spa. Sam was so kind accommodating me on her day off for a treatment. It was totally relaxing I would visit again for the spa and pool. The grounds were lovely too. Cons: The food on the menu for dinner
Pros: De locatie Cons: Het personeel behalve de dame die het diner regelde was onder de maat. Niet vriendelijk. Een beetje onverschillig.
Disappointment in the Resturant.
Pros: Room excellent, leisure facility was good. Cons: Booked dinner for 6.45pm, not enough staff on resturant was busy. 5 mins before being shown to a table. Shown the menu. Only 3 choices for mains.( chicken, gammon, butternut sqaush dishes). My wife ordered the chicken dish,the waitress returned 10 mins later to say they had run out of chicken. Poor for the name of the Best Western Hotel group. We left & went else where for something to eat.

Pros: The gardens were beautiful and our bed was very comfortable Cons: Poor organisation Tv not working radiator broken breakfast cold menu for evening meal written on piece of scrap paper terrible customer service toilet holder broken and on floor fire alarm set off by a guest and power went off in our room this was supposed to be a relaxing break for myself and sister and we were so stressed and upset and quite frankly offering us a complimentary drink is pretty poor.
Pleasant Stay in an interesting part of Scotland
Pros: Leisure Club was a highlight. Good good and room quiet. Cons: A little remote.
