convenient location, nice place, have stayed here before

we were disappointed

Pros: Location is excellent Cons: The quality of the hotel in general did match the price. Far too expensive for the condition and comfort of the hotel. We would not recommend.

It was in a very convenient location from where we ate and where we caught the Whale Watching Boat.

Pros: The Staff was great, especially Zack the evening desk clerk. I had a leftover steak from my dinner out, that I needed to keep cold until I could get home the next day in the evening. I purchased cooler freezer packs from QFC, and he soaked them and then put them in the kitchen freezer, for me to pick up in the morning. My steak was still cold when I got home at 9pm. The free breakfast had good a selection of items to choose from. The Coffee was just right. The beds were very comfortable. Cons: There are only 2 things I can complain about. The fan in the bathroom, it is a little on noisy

Wonderful customer service and a great location

Very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. Also it was a great location for all the events we were attending in the area.

over priced- dirty old carpet- stained furniture. moldy shower. very uncomfortable $350 night stay.
