A modest hotel with good return for the money
Pros: A very spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Cons: The bathroom curtain didn't close well and water were dripping on floor

Horrible, dirty, smelly rooms with good location and great breakfast.
Pros: Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Cons: Extremely dirty, moldy room. Light in the bathroom flickering, TV remote's volume down not working, rust on the mini fridge, dehumidifier in the room not working - full with water, black mold on the floor behind dehumidifier, bed linens not changed with popcorn in them and horrible smell. Both elevators safety inspection expired !

Conforto e localização - muito bons
Pros: Meu quarto era uma beleza, cama superconfortável, banho delicioso, localização estratégica (para meus interesses). Existia comércio nas redondezas, inclusive restaurantes. Muito bom! Cons: Reservamos 4 uqartos e em 3 deles as avaliações são iguais às minhas. Mas o 4o quarto, que ficava em um andar acima do meu, a opinião foi divergente: cama ruim, banho ruim etc. Acho que eu fiquei em um andar que havia sido reformado e o filho que ficou em um andar acima ainda não tinha sido reformado. É a única explicão plausível
