Pros: The shuttle was awesome. Staff is friendly. Cons: I had to cancel my reservation for October 9th and I went through booking.com and I was never allowed to speak to a human. My reservation was NOT cancelled and I'm not happy.
Great location, lovely hotel in all aspects and complimentary staff.
Pros: The rooms were lovely and well-maintained. It was a pleasurable area with a good atmosphere. Cons: Nothing I can think of at the moment.
Pros: It is very close to the airport. Cons: I couldn’t sleep well because the air condition was making so much noise.

Pros: I only stayed one night because I had an early flight the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I managed to get a quick breakfast before my early shuttle bus, so overall very satisfied. Cons: I had no problems, to be honest. Perhaps it would be better if the room had a hair dryer. (I guess I should have asked, and the reception might have supplied one.) Also, I couldn't figure out how to close the dark window blind (if there was one). But again, I didn't ask reception about this.
