Best Western Plus McKinney Inn and Suites

Cons: The staff was very rude (the front desk lady) the room smelled of mold, the pool had hair all in it.

Pros: The staff was kind and professional! The breakfast was hot and tasty except for the gravy it was very runny. Cons: I upgraded to a suite starting with the couch it looked and felt like a couch from the 1950s with no back cushions. They were missing. The pillows on the bed are more like throw pillows and my sleeping pillows. I don't care for the pumps for your soap, shampoo and conditioner. I'd rather have a bar of soap. The kitchen was just the kitchen! Not even a coffee cup but drinking glass paper towels spoon nothing. To me it looked like they were trying to risk the construction and

Pros: Close to I -75 Cons: The smell of the cleaning supplies. The hotel was clean but I felt like I had the smell of the cleaning supplies on me everywhere I went . No real coffee maker .

Great location and clean room!

Pros: It was clean and had easy access to the freeway. Cons: The towels could use an upgrade to larger and fluffier towels.

The breakfast was quite good.
