Best Western Plus Philadelphia Convention Center Hotel

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable the bed's not so much Cons: When I checked in there was one very nice young woman in training and the Other Woman training her was rude.

Regrettable

Cons: I arrived at the hotel 1.5 hours ahead of check in and asked if it was possible to get into the room early. Was told the room was not ready. Unless I wanted to pay $25 and then I could check in immediately. Which I declined but the room was then made available at no extra cost 10 minutes later. As I was checking in was told that the “complementary” breakfast was not being provided, if I was unhappy with that I could cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay. (The breakfast on booking.com has breakfast as “included” not “complementary”) Very noisy at night, thin walls. T

Très déçu
