Pros: Good location close to English beach, Granville Island and Stanley Park all walking distance. Bus right at the front door to get to central vancouver and easy to find yummy restaurants,pubs,takeaways. Cons: Only the shower bath...but it was beautifully cleaned everyday and super comfy other then that.

A good central position for your stay

Pros: Position, and the professionalism of staff. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable. This was our second stay and we had a larger room and it was easier to balance heat,AC and window. Cons: Having to balance the heating, the AC and the window! Having breakfast in a sports bar was not a good start to the day.

Pros: Location was excellent. Comfy beds. Cons: Room was rather dirty and had a horrible odour. Breakfast was mentioned at booking and we went to have it only to find out after it was not included and that was the only reason we ate at that establishment.

Chambermaid was amazing, deserved her tips. Location cannot be beat but they’ve lost a customer.

Pros: I love the location. Cons: I didn’t like the treatment upon checking into the hotel. I’ve never been charged a no show fee prior to my stay at a hotel ever. To be told that I was charged one full night the night BEFORE checking in and then made to be charged the WHOLE stay before I even checked out without an option of paying after. Absolutely ridiculous. The policy needs to be updated on Booking.com because I wasn’t charged the 250$ deposit at check in. I was charged my booking.com price, 25$ a night for parking, and the $284.77 BEFORE I checked in a full 24 hours BEFORE I showed up f
