Pros: With the exception of the initial check-in staff who stated the bottles of water freely sitting on the front desk were only for guests. When I asked if I wasn't a guest, he responded that it was only for "VIP GUESTS." This was very disappointing and rude especially for a guest visiting hot Houston. Besides that rep, the front desk young Indian or Pakistani appearing guy was really amazing, patient and very very kind. The lady was also polite and amazing. Everything else including the catering lady was great. The so-called "VIP" water guy needs training to exhibit respect and courteousnes
