Best Western Plus Tigullio Royal Hotel

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff and service!

I had an amazing stay this September at the Best Western Tigullio Royal Hotel in Rapallo. This is my 2nd visit to this gorgeous hotel, and I hope to return every year to this beautiful gem of a property that I have discovered. The hotel has so many things to praise, but first and foremost I have to say that the service from ALL employees is absolutely outstanding. From the time you enter to check in, you are made to feel at home and welcome. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Elena, Elizabetta, Moira, and Luca, their manager. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that

Charming and friendly

We loved our two-night stay here. The staff, without exception, were charming and friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely - clean and nicely decorated. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and found it quiet and relaxing. The bar provided an amazing apperitivo alongside great Prosecco. For me, a key measure of a great hotel is how well the staff deal with problems. When we found our door wasn’t locking properly it was fixed very quickly, even though it was quite an involved job. Not only that, but everybody from the reception team to the maintenance man, took a genuine interest in get
