NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED!
This hotel has changed from a Best Western VIB to a Best Western Premier. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and have always loved the hotel, but unfortunately, my most recent stay may be my last. The biggest disappointment is that they are no longer offering even a simple complimentary continental breakfast. The only option is to order breakfast from the menu, wait for it to be prepared, and then pay for it. Seriously, Best Western—you can do better! The rooms at this hotel are quite small, but I was always willing to overlook that because the complimentary breakfast was a nice added

The restaurant/bar is a great place The manger’s and staff do a great job And the rooms are some of the cleanest I have stayed in

Excellent experience
Great location and wonderful staff. My room was just perfect and loved the shower. This will be my go to for when I stay in Springfield. Also convenient for parents with college kids at MSU or Drury.
