The pool and room was nice

Very disappointed

Pros: Not much to be honest probably the swimming pool was the best thing. Cons: Very poor and broken taps and shower controls. Pretty awful food and a very old fashioned menu. Really expensive considering how old fashioned and run down it is. I’m afraid I won’t be making another booking here. The reception staff on check out didn’t ask how my stay was I guess because there wasn’t much point!

Pros: Really friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was great. Didn't get chance to use all the facilities as was lnmy there 1 night amd had a late arrival but would definitely go back. Room was huge with separate livingroom and bedroom, had a desk and a dinning area also in the lounge room while the bedroom was massive. Cons: Hardware in the shower could use a redo and the sign showing how to use the shower said to turn clockwise and then turn anti clockwise to reduce heat but it was the other way round.

Great value

Pros: Not the first Best Western have stayed, always top quality, friendly and helpful staff, no complaints with the room. Will use Best Western again. Cons: Nothing to note.

Excellent facilities comfy room reasonable price good area for access to Liverpool attractions

Pros: Breakfast- great choice Room- pleasant room but some areas needs updating . Bathroom shower attachment to taps not working properly and difficult to turn off. Bed nice and comfortable but pillows like sleeping on a stone. Dinner - restaurant very good meals excellent staff Cons: Bathroom shower attachment to taps not working properly difficult to turn off. No mini fridge to store milk as sachet milk to sweet
