Kind and helpful people really made a difference to my stay at the plough
Clean comfy bed bug bathroom bit the high point of this hotel are the staff particular thanks to Charlotte and Lewis who were so helpful and kind during my stay. Thanks to them again they’re brilliant.
Been here on several occasions and n never disappoints. Staff are all very for protecting. ,
Pros: The bathroom was an adequate size, and the room was comfortable. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were also provided. Staff were friendly too Cons: There were steps again, but luckily the room was on the first floor. The breakfast was unusual. Everything looked nice, but I left some of the eggs because they were undercooked, and everything seemed to have a garnish. It was very strange.
Lovely staff but building quite shabby
Pros: Aphrodite on reception was very helpful 10/10 Cons: Bedroom was in need of redecoration. Bathroom sink plug was missing so husband couldn't shave. Noisy room as on major road junction.
Pros: Bed very comfortable, had best night's sleep for a long time. The staff were also very polite and friendly. Cons: Location on main road corner, though I recognise they couldn't help that.
