Pros: Courtesy of the few employees there working. Cons: Pictures are not even close to be what we can except and far from being a 4 star hotel. Dirty room and sheets. Bad location and terrible building in terms of equipment. Price quality related 2 out of 10.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location it’s in Bethlehem center and on the road to Beit Sahor and Beit Jala. The workers are great. Cons: The hotel is great I know it’s not like other hotels abroad but with the Israeli occupation around these areas any thing they have and give is a blessing for us.
