Great value for money
Pros: Proximity to restaurants, Mall and social scene Great customer service all through Cons: Although breakfast is served till 11am on my second morning having breakfast, a number of breakfast items had run out by 10am and were not replaced

Pros: Great location and very friendly staff. Walking distance to Sarit Center. Flexible check in and check out was very appreciated. Good shower. Cons: Very dark room (no natural light), noisy guests, doors being slammed at 4am, people speaking loud in the hallway in the middle of the night and because walls are thin we could hear everything. Called reception to get a hair dryer and it never came. Room service food and Breakfast were very average.
Cons: NOISE at night in the corridor and absence of TV in the sleeping room

I always love the bid wood. It’s my go to for any time. I’m in Nairobi because I know it will be consistently solid. They have a great restaurant and they’ve made some really nice changes to the property too.
