Bijou Merchant City Apartment with Parking (Albion 1)

Un logement propre parfaitement situé, et un hôte très agréable.

Pros: Notre hôte était très prévenant et accueillant. Les instructions pour récupérer les clés et accéder au logement étaient claires et précises. Le logement était très propre et bien tenu, et son emplacement est juste idéal, dans une partie très vivante et agréable de la ville. La cuisine était bien équipée. Logement suffisant pour deux personnes. Cons: Malgré le bon niveau d'équipement de la cuisine, il manquait étonnamment les fourchettes. Le prix du logement est un peu élevé compte tenu des prestations fournies, mais cela est une caractéristique assez partagée dans le centre ville de Glas

I didn't stay in the Bijou that I'm rating since they sent me to another apartment on arrival day

Pros: I'd love to tell you all about this Albion Gate apartment but it seems my reservation was changed to a *different* apartment that the same company owns. I'm fine with that as the one I was directed to (at 110 Bell) was fairly luxurious for a rental. I'm happy about this as I had thought the price for this many nights was already high, but it worked out well. Another "like": The property manager (Komal) was communicative and very polite and also flexible about some items. (See below.) Cons: 1) On the before arrival and *well* after the refund period was over, I was advised via Booking.

Basic accommodation at high price.

Pros: Clean Cons: Property was changed on day of rental to one 200m away. New property was basic with opaque double glazing, no lighting in common stairwell. Generally not homely. Required 2 prompts for deposit to be returned. Price very high.

Pros: Upgraded on apartment paid for. First time booking here; very good, friendly communication and clear instructions to follow. Everything I required for my stay was provided: toiletries, towels, etc. Really nice apartment with loads of space. Kitchen well laid out with all appliances you need. Nice touch: electric monitor in the kitchen showing how much electricity you are using. Free WiFi available but not used. Location is convenient, not far from amenities, shops, pubs, and close to Central Station. Cons: An instruction card left at the property clearly indicating what should be turned
