Good, friendly people behind the desk

Pros: Perfect room, with all things you might need Cons: The restaurant (La Palma) was disappointing. Food was very good, including breakfast, but furniture is very poor (low seating chairs related to the table with a pillow on top to compensate a little). Besides the personell is not able to understand the most essential english words.
