Pros: Great looking building + location. Very helpful, friendly staff. Upgraded room on arrival. Very nice room with all the facilities, tea/coffee etc. Cons: Very,very hard mattress. Unfortunately found really uncomfortable, so not the best night sleep.

Cons: Shower didn't work properly. Cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Not really in line with expectations.
Overall we had a good stay for the weekend for the Wedding event we were attending near by
Pros: Breakfast had a lot of choice and good, The Spa Pool area was nice and warm with a reasonable size pool. Cons: The long residential private road and Golf Club next door to the Hotel were not expected (so the hotel didn't feel quite as 'countryside remote') Also, the hotel rooms are a 'bit of a maze' to find !
We stayed for 5 nights and cannot fault the place at all .
Clean , exceptionally friendly helpful staff throughout . Good food good location especially for the Belfry .
Would stay again decent hotel.
Pros: Location for golf good and within walking distance for Sutton Coldfield Cons: Beds were OK but not the most comfortable. Very noisy early morning as our room was overlooking the car park.
