Pros: Used for transit to Singapore. We arrived in Bangkok around 10 o'clock, but it was relatively close to the airport, so the transfer was easy. Also, in the morning, the staff provided free shuttle service to the airport, which was very helpful. The female staff was very responsive and left a good impression.
