Friendly staff, great food, easy access from Heathrow on the underground
Friendly staff, great food, easy access from Heathrow on the underground. Air con in the room was great. They were able to store our luggage while in between motels which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
The staff was great
The staff was great. The hotel is very nice, close to the metro. The pub is a nice addition.
Pros: The style of the decoration is very neat, very British
Pros: The style of the decoration is very neat, very British. The reception and service are top efficient. The evening meal, the extra English pies. The breakfast is handmade and very tasty. The room is very pleasant with air conditioning and its bedding. The authentic Pub atmosphere. Cons: Nothing
More than pleasantly surprised by our stay and would absolutely stay there again.
Pros: Loved the pub, food was great. The room was small and the bathroom was behind two doors (one to the bathroom and one to the room where the bed was - both of which were behind the entry to the room - peculiar to say the least :-)) which was a little inconvenient but the smallness of the room was not unusual and was fine for our needs (sleeping.) The proximity to the Earls Court tube station made it awesome! Cons: Slightly larger room (not critical) only one door to the bathroom please :-)
