Communication could be better, otherwise and nice and clean hotel

Pros: The price was good for a short one night stop, the location is pretty good as well and this side of London catered to my requirements, there is also a shop and a nice craft beer pub round the corner. The room is compact but nice and clean, there are toiletries and tea and coffee. There are definitely communication issues with Booking.com but the lady at the reception, was open to conversation and the matter was cleared up Cons: Communication could be better, i was asked for ID, which i hadn't brought, apparently it's on the website (i never saw it) and it isn't on the numerous reminder
