mistake
Pros: Location good Cons: I would have expected a hot shower at least one of the 5 days i stayed, their was no hot water in my room at all and a string of excuses from staff

Wonderful stay, wonderful city, mediocre accommodations.
Pros: Location is great, right on the streetcar line. within walking distance to major attractions. Cons: Hotel needs serious maintenance and cosmetic upgrades. Damaged furniture, old paint, broken elevators,plumbing and appliance issues.

In spite on the few problems, I would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable. Cons: Elevator was broken for several days. I had to change rooms because the door handle was about to fall off. Maintenance came but did nothing. However I was given another room.

We like this place only a few minor issues but these will not keep us from booking our next stay there
Pros: Location, nice staff Cons: Took me 2 days to figure which direction was hot water. Bed had a sink in the middle which caused my back to hurt so maybe that needs to be looked at and changed.
