Pros: The location is safe and quiet, with a bidet and a supermarket nearby, approximately 7 minutes away

Pros: The location is safe and quiet, with a bidet and a supermarket nearby, approximately 7 minutes away. It is 28 minutes' walk from Marble Arch station. Cons: I asked them for a renovated room via email, and they replied that it is subject to availability. Upon arrival, I spoke to the Asian staff member (I believe Indian) who said all rooms are the same (meaning he lied) even though they had mentioned renovated rooms in the email. Also, there were no slippers in the room.

Very good

Pros: The hotel is beautiful overall. The rooms are nice and very clean, and the breakfast is very good. However, adding a few Arabic options would be appreciated. Special thanks to the lovely English lady at reception; her kindness and professionalism were truly outstanding. Khaled from Saudi Arabia. Cons: The main downsides are the lack of complimentary drinking water in the rooms and no assistance with luggage. Otherwise, everything was great.

A comfortable place to relax.

Pros: The staff is very cooperative, cleanliness is good. The location is close to some tourist attractions like Hyde Park. It is near excellent restaurants, including halal options like La Costa and the Iranian restaurant. Cons: Most tourist attractions for Arabs require a car.
