Great location but that's about it.

Pros: Location was great. Cons: Absolutely no ventilation in the basement and the awful musty smell. The living area is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. It was so hot down there in July. When I was packing my things to leave, I checked under the bed to make sure I hadn't dropped anything and there was rubbish and a layer of dust underneath. I was responsible for booking this for a group of people for a special occasion so I really felt like I let them all down.

I would stay here again

Good value for money. Good facilities.

Pros: Good location and very clean. Cons: There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom which did go away when the shower was run but not good until we did that.

Really well located by the seafront. It was super comfortable, clean, easy to check in. Will absolutely be staying here again! Nicer than a lot of the Brighton hotels.

lovely stay, great room

Pros: Lovely cozy property! great location, comes with everything you need! Cons: Was quiet cold think due to a window pane being out of place but the radiator worked a charm and heated it up nicely! slightly noisy in the room we were in as it was right by an ally but not the owners fault!
