Pros: Excellent check in procedures. Cons: No microwave, oven impossible to understand, dirty shower screen, very noisy building site opposite, which we weren't warned about.

Nice flat, needs Aircon

Pros: A nice flat in a good location, plus decent response from staff when I made an enquiry Cons: Horrendously hot with no fan or Aircon - it was so uncomfortably hot that we couldn’t stay in the flat for any length of time and had to get up for cold showers in the night. Would recommend if they just provided cooling, but wouldn’t stay there again without this

Cons: I stayed here for two nights and was extremely disappointed by the condition and cleanliness of the property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the place had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found three toenail clippings on the floor, one in the living room and two in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The kitchen was also in a poor state. The cutlery drawer was dirty, one of the knives still had food residue on it, and the dishwasher had a terrible odour, making me question the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. The pillowcases o
