Pros: A blissful bed and duvet. Cons: The air conditioning did not work because the window did not seal properly. It was very hot in the room as a result and we had a lot of noise from outside. Many airplanes.

Staff very nice, breakfast okay, room catastrophic.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Cons: It was very run down, damaged no ventilation in the bathroom, the sink right next to the entrance door. Endless damages not really hygienic.

We really liked John. Excellent service and friendliness. But not all employees were friendly. Overall, we were well received. The window of room 212 is misaligned! We forgot to inform! Thank you very much! Ricardo

Pros: A blissful bed and duvet. Cons: The air conditioning did not work because the window did not close properly. It was therefore very hot in the room and we had a lot of noise from outside. Many airplanes.
