We had a wonderful time at the hotel and the staff is excellent in giving service to the guests!
Pros: Our room was spacious, clean and with a great view from the balcony! Staff , especially Yassine , was very helpful and friendly and made sure to keep us comfortable and safe! He went out of his way to help us withdraw money from the bank as we were having some problem with the ATM use. Cons: None
Cons: Je suis déjà venue dans cet hôtel par le passé, mais cette fois-ci, j’ai été très déçue. Auparavant, une bouteille d’eau était mise à disposition dans la chambre à l’arrivée, un petit geste de courtoisie que j’appréciais. Cette fois-ci, en appelant la réception, on m’a informée que ce n’était plus le cas et que l’eau était désormais réservée uniquement aux suites. Franchement, c’est aberrant ! Je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix est totalement disproportionné : l’hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour les services proposés. Lorsqu’on paie de tels tarifs, on s’attend à un certain niveau de

Pros: Hotel je stariji ali uredan, garaza u podrumu sa cuvarom, dorucak odlican. Ima pivo 😃 Cons: Jedna kartica/kljuc. Iako samo molili drugi kljuc jer bi se jedno druzilo u baru dok drugo mozda zaspi (sto je i bio slucaj jednu vecer), ali nasij zelji nisu udovoljili iz nama nepoznatog razloga.
Pros: Centrally located in New City but very old and dated hotel. Cons: Needs renovation. We changed rooms from 5th to 2nd floor. Stained carpets. Stained and askew lampshades, peeling paint and musty smell. 2nd floor a lot better but the hotel needs renewal.Basic. no tea and coffee making facility. Definitely 3 star absolutely no more.
