Never again.
Pros: The location. Although it is further away than they indicate. It is walkable. Cons: Very very dirty. And very outdated.
The stay is not bad but we are still disappointed. Not sure if we will come back at this price.
Pros: The calm of the neighborhood and the authentic aspect of the hotel Cons: It was hot and very stuffy in the rooms even with a fan, it is not enough. Also, there are no mosquito nets on the windows. There is no kettle in the basic rooms. The sockets are not sturdy. We did not eat on-site but the drinks are rather expensive. In general, the price seems expensive for what the hotel can offer.
Walking distance from the center and quiet
Pros: Great breakfast, lots of choice and good quality Cons: In one of the rooms, the water from the shower did not drain well, in another room, the hairdryer was held together with plasters and falling apart, and the floors were not entirely clean. Also, it was a pity that parking is not available at the hotel unless you pay 15 euros per day.
Pros: Good location, close to the train station and Bruges center. Great view of the lake, clean and good-sized rooms. Cons: Nothing.
Loved the three-night stay. Well placed for access to Bruges historic city
Pros: Excellent location, lovely views of the canal, barges, and wildlife especially young family of moorhens. Very helpful staff, comfy bed, quirky cabin accommodation Cons: Bar shut at 6pm
