Great location, nice hotel, helpful chat.
Pros: Great location with easy access to metros and trains. Help was available through chat with a very quick respons. Cons: The air was not so good in the room. I would have liked a small kitchen knife.

An experience with AI -good but always nervous about a hitch
Pros: It was very clean and had kitchen towel, dish washing things etc ( which are often not included). I was nervous about it being controlled entirely remotely and from My phone but actually it did work and I liked that AI seemed to be there to help if I had a problem Cons: The location was reasonable but not wonderful. Not many good restaurants in the vicinity. And finally it was really just like a hotel room -not an apartment thiugh it was sufficient for my needs

Pros: Posizione molto centrale e vicino alle fermate della metropolitana. Comodo l’auto check-in e l’apertura della porta tramite cellulare. La camera da letto molto spaziosa, angolo cottura provvisto di tutto il necessario, letto grande e comodo, è stato un piacevole soggiorno Cons: Mancava un comodino su un lato del letto
