It's a lottery for the rooms (one very good, one very dirty)
Pros: One of the rooms was good and the common areas too Cons: One of the 2 rooms was very dirty because the carpet was extremely stained. We cannot offer this room which is very dirty especially when we know it. We are still waiting for compensation. We left them about 1000 euros. Do not rely on the photos of the rooms, they do not show them all. Yes, there is a very nice room but the others ...

Always a great location to walk to tube restaurants cafes bars and walk to the city through the gardens if you can!

Pros: Locker room, shampoos, breakfast Cons: No reception, everything is online and it’s hard to reach someone when there’s a problem. Rooms and corridors are not ventilated. It was extremely hot in the rooms. Couldn’t sleep at all!

Pros: The location. The room and TV are good too. Cons: There was no housekeeping and no hot water despite mentioning this issue to a member of staff twice. The floors in the corridor were dirty. I have stayed at this property several times and very much enjoyed my stay. This was prior to management changed. I was disappointed. This stay was not value for money. Please bring back Wes & co, plus the breakfast.
