Pros: Location and facilities Cons: Initial online registration was not working properly because the reservation was for multiple rooms. The AI support could not resolve it. After speaking with a human support specialist on WhatsApp all issues were resolved. The support specialist was excellent … polite and very attentive.

Posizione centralissima e zona sicura, quindi ottimo anche se si è da soli. Lo staff è molto presente (seppur solamente tramite messaggio) e disponibile. Le indicazioni per il check-in erano accurate quindi è risultato tutto molto semplice. L'edificio è grande, ma tranquillo e silenzioso. La camera ha sicuramente superato le mie aspettative, dato che si trattava quasi di un mini appartamento con cucina, piastra ad induzione, utensili e tutto il resto. Pros: L’emplacement de Bob W Madrid Chueca est vraiment excellent : en plein centre de Madrid, proche des commerces, restaurants et transports. L’appartement est également bien aménagé, propre et le concept avec kitchenette est pratique. Cons: Malheureusement, plusieurs points ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable. L’isolation phonique est insuffisante et le bruit provenant de l’extérieur peut être très gênant, surtout la nuit. Certains équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé. Pros: מיקום במרכז Cons: חדר עם מזגן לא עובד כאשר 38 טמפרטורה בלילה. למרות שבקשנו לטפל הם מרחו אותנו לשעות הלילה ואז נאמר שאין אפשרות לטפל ואם רוצים מאוורר. כאשר כל הדירה רותחת סאונה ממש .. אם בלילה 38 מעלות יכולים לתאר מה היה ביום וכמה החדר חם. לא יכולנו לישון בכלל. רצינו לרדת לכביש על מנת להתאוורר. הרס את כל היום וחבל מאד לתת חדר ללא מזגן כאשר חם מאד. לא יכולתי לעשות הרבה כי הגעתי לחדר רק לקראת 22:00. מאכזב ברמות. אני צריך לבקש החזר כספי על החדר.
