Pros: Hotel muito novo, instalações perfeitas, local calmo com um bosque cheio de pássaros, perfeito para quem quer estar próximo a Porto mas longe da confusão da cidade. Serviço impecável. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Funcionários espetaculares, com destaque ao Nazir. Cons: Gostei de tudo.

Pros: Clean. Nice large grounds. Nice pool. Space. Many people at reception. Clean room. Cons: Felt fairly misled at various stages but we should have researched better. The hotel isn’t a traditional building. It’s fully concrete. Like Stalin’s dream. The old building is just a function space. We booked a room (pool view) that we thought may be better but it was much worse because it’s over the patio restaurant where people are loud till late at night. Fine with the door closed but if you want fresh air it’s very loud. Don’t take that room. The interior of the hotel is a typical Hilton corpora
