A few days after leaving my partner was admitted to hospital with what turned out to be brain cancer and has been in hospital since and will be there for 3 more months
A few days after leaving my partner was admitted to hospital with what turned out to be brain cancer and has been in hospital since and will be there for 3 more months. It has been hectic since and my memories of our stay are somewhat vague but I do remember that the location was great

Pros: Philippe is a wonderful host and very accommodating
Pros: Philippe is a wonderful host and very accommodating. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in, and was able to access the apartment as soon as the cleaner had finished preparing it. The well-appointed apartment is well located within the Old Town, close to many shops and restaurants. Access to public transport is a short walk away, with transport covered in the cost. The flight up the stairs will also keep you fit! This is my preferred place to stay for a long or a short trip to Geneva. Cons: The rubbish trucks can be noisy first thing in the morning, but the double-glazed windows ea
