Nice clean quirky property but would not stay again

Pros: Quirky property and lovely and clean Cons: After the initial booking there was a page to book in our dog at a charge of £25 per day. We had booked this property for its reasonable price. I understand there maybe extra cleaning involved with having a dog But a one off payment of £25 Would be more than enough to cover this. (This is just food for thought for you) if we had been staying for a week we would have had to pay an extra £175 just for the dog And could have booked the best western right on the beach and with a pool. the entrance to the stairwell to get to the flat is dirty and un

Location

Pros: The TV worked well, large and good picture. Cons: Shower was blocked and we could not shower. The window cill was not attached properly. Sofas were stained and the bed frame had a well aged dust collection. Bedding looked like it needed a session with an iron. The outdoor seating cushions were filthy.

The flat was as shown very well done , but other circumstances ;-IE the working ,outside and parking

Pros: Feltham village and surrounding area was very nice , lots of of places to eat and explore . Bognor Regis was right next door and about a 20 minute walk along the seafront , a nice couple of days away.The flat was everything inside that is advertised, but outside needs looking at . Cons: The entrance to the flat is up a flight of stairs , which were very dirty . The flat next door had workmen in it from 8am until 4pm meaning no lie in for us , the seating area outside the flat had two dirty cushions on it . The parking was also a major problem as it faces from the back of the shops which

We had a very pleasant stay. Will come back again.

Pros: Very well equipped apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable with perfect pillows. Hosts provided all the information. Flat was in the excellent location. Right in the middle of the village. A few nice pubs around. Free parking near the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely visit again. Thank you. Cons: Communal areas leading to the apartment could do with a sweep, but apartment itself was clean.
