Pros: Tout était parfait !! L’emplacement est incroyable. J’y retournerais sans hésitations. Cons: Rien.

Cons: Estive no hotel durante 1 semana e no último dia minha bolsa YSL preta sumiu. Já tentei contato com o hotel porém ninguém me retorna. Como saber se alguém pegou na minha mala? Poderia me auxiliar?

Pros: The location is unbeatable. The room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were great too. Everything was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The elevators were smart. The $25 credit to use for the spectacular breakfast or drinks was a fantastic bonus. Prudential Center is right across the street, along with Newbury Street and other landmarks. It was just too good. I’ll always come back. Cons: Nothing

Pros: The view from our room was incredible! Staff was accommodating and informative. Tons of dining options inside or right across from the hotel. The updated showers in the room were phenomenal! Excellent Cons: Extra fees, although that seems more because of the city of Boston.
