Pros: Lit confortable Cons: Impossible d utiliser la douche. Chambre très petite. Trop loin du centre. Aucune aide pour appeler un taxi.

Overpriced and small

Pros: This was a very good location for an event we were attending. Property is well maintained and clean. Cons: The room is very small with very little desk space and a small bathroom. The towels were also very small compared to most hotels. Main thing was the value for money; we stayed here for the convenient location but for what you get, including an ok but not cooked breakfast, it’s really not worth the money.

Great hotel in West End

Pros: Great hotel. Perfect location for exploring west end of Glasgow. Cons: No problems, everything was fine

Disappointing... Not 4* standard

Pros: Great location. Comfy beds and choice of pillows. Cons: Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations or reviews. The room was straight off the main hall and was not private. You could hear people outside the room at reception and I have no doubt they could hear us. Agree with previous comments that the room was tired. It was clean on the surface, but there were big dirty footprints all over the bathroom, the skirting boards were covered in dust and hair, the carpet could do with a clean, there are marks all over the walls and the grout and shower fittings were dirty.
