The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the main tourist things and there's a tram stop in front of the hotel
The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the main tourist things and there's a tram stop in front of the hotel. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, especially for excellent places to eat and drink.

The location is very convenient and we loved the canal and restaurants just round the corner
The location is very convenient and we loved the canal and restaurants just round the corner. We were at the front of the hotel and it’s a bit noisy when the trams are running - but we did know that might be the case. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, courteous, efficient and extremely helpful.
