Unique and Historic right in the heart of Amsterdam

Pros: This hotel is very unique. The decor is impressive. A lot of attention to detail. The location at the bottom corner of the "9 streets" shopping district is perfect. The museum district is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk. The hotel stands right on a canal and makes for a great view. The staff (particularly Charlie and Camilla) were exceptional. The breakfast (served in your room) was very good. The bed was fabulous and the linen (including bathroom towels) in very good condition. The bathroom was small but very well appointed with a double shower. They were very happy to store my bike bag fo

Unieke en historische locatie in het hart van Amsterdam

Pros: Dit hotel is zeer uniek. Het decor is indrukwekkend. Veel aandacht voor detail. De locatie in de benedenhoek van het winkelgebied '9 straatjes' is perfect. Het museumkwartier is een gemakkelijke wandeling van 15 tot 20 minuten. Het hotel staat direct aan een gracht en biedt een geweldig uitzicht. Het personeel (met name Charlie en Camilla) was uitzonderlijk. Het ontbijt (geserveerd op uw kamer) was erg goed. Het bed was fantastisch en het beddengoed (inclusief badhanddoeken) in zeer goede staat. De badkamer was klein maar zeer goed ingericht met een dubbele douche. Ze waren erg blij om m

Top location and super beautiful & charming hotel

Pros: Top location Cons: Breakfast in bed was top but no breakfast tray provided and eggs and pancakes were already cold before we started eating... so best to put a lid on or something?

Pros: Toplocatie Cons: Ontbijt op bed was top maar geen ontbijttray voorzien en eieren en pannenkoeken waren al koud voordat we begonnen met eten... dus het is het beste om een deksel erop te doen of iets dergelijks?

Pros: The location was great. Not very crowded but still in the center. And the staff were very friendly nice and helpful! Cons: The AC was too weak during a heatwave
