Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Starting around 2 a.m. and lasting until morning, people were constantly sitting and talking loudly right under the windows, as there is a bench directly below. I was staying alone and did not feel safe going outside to ask them to leave. Sleeping was impossible.
Additionally, upon arrival, I discovered a serious issue with the refrigerator. Water was leaking from it, the door did not close properly, and water accumulated inside, damaging my food. I immediately informed the
