Très spacieux et confortable appartement
A very spacious apartment, that was clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area is lovely to come back to after a a day out exploring. The staff are very helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is close to many restaurants and easy bus ride to all the places we wanted to visit.

An unforgettable stay at Villa Filaus! A simply fantastic stay at Villa Filaus! If we come back to Dubrovnik, this is where we will unpack our bags without a second thought. A huge thank you to Anita for her incredibly warm welcome and kindness. She took care of us from start to finish and gave us lots of great tips for visiting the city. The location is just ideal. We have a supermarket right in front, which is very convenient, and the hotel is located next to a promenade lined with very good restaurants. And the big highlight is that despite this proximity, the place remains absolutely calm!
Wonderful
Anita is an excellent host. She truly loves her profession and therefore gives wonderful recommendations on what to see and what to look out for. The hotel is very clean and pleasantly furnished. Its location is ideal, as cafés and restaurants can be reached easily on foot. There are also several beaches nearby that are worth visiting. The old town is about a 10-minute drive away. Since you cannot enter the old town by car anyway, it is best to take a taxi or park nearby.
Weekend in a charming mansion
Pros: The room size and bed comfort. The private pool and parking space are a real plus. Anita's kindness! The small coffee machine in the room and the quality of hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) Cons: The soundproofing is a bit weak.

Pros: Wonderful location and Anita was a fantastic host - friendly and super helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Cons: Nothing really to improve, but if I was being super picky a small bar within the hotel would be nice and perhaps extend the Wi-Fi beyond the building into the hotel grounds.
